References to “Yellowstone International Air Show” in this Privacy Policy includes Yellowstone International Air Show, YIAS, Crazy Mountain Entertainment LLC, and any related entities. Yellowstone International Air Show provides airshow event organization, promotion, management and associated services (Services).

This privacy policy applies to our Services, our website, emails, texts and other electronic messages, mobile apps, and dealings with us in any other manner and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. This privacy policy applies to actual or prospective ticket buyers, prospective employees, persons engaged in a business related to Yellowstone International Air Show’s Services or other third parties.

This privacy policy DOES NOT APPLY to information collected by: • Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries); or • Any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Website.

The Privacy Act currently defines “personal information” as meaning information or an opinion about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable: 1. whether the information or opinion is true or not; and 2. whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not.

Information We Collect

Yellowstone International Air Show may impose contractual restrictions equivalent to those imposed on Yellowstone International Air Show under the Privacy Act in respect of collection and use of personal information by third parties. In some cases, Yellowstone International Air Show’s ability to impose contractual restrictions is limited. In the event of a data breach likely to cause serious harm involving your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with our Notifiable Data Breaches scheme obligations under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act.

Cross-border disclosure of personal information

Some of Yellowstone International Air Show’s third party contractors may be located overseas or perform services overseas and as a result your personal information may be disclosed to a third party in a foreign country.

Under the Privacy Act, we must take reasonable steps, before personal information is disclosed to an overseas recipient, to ensure that the overseas recipient does not breach US Privacy laws in relation to that information (the Obligation).

The Obligation does not apply if you consent to disclosure of your personal information to an overseas recipient.

By supplying personal information to us you consent to the disclosure of your personal information to an overseas recipient and agree that the Obligation does not apply.
